1 Eligibility & Account Registration
1.1 Age Requirement
33dg services are available only to individuals aged 21 and above. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. 33dg may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age.
1.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, on the same device, or using the same payment method, the platform reserves the right to close those accounts and confiscate any funds held in them.
1.3 Providing Accurate Information at Registration
All information provided when creating an account — including name, date of birth, address, and contact details — must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination and funds may not be returned.
2 Account Management & Security
2.1 Password & Login Security
Keeping your account login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify 33dg support immediately.
2.2 Account Verification (KYC)
33dg follows an identity verification process to prevent fraud and protect users. A copy of your national ID, driving license, or passport may be requested before processing a withdrawal or in the case of any suspicious activity. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
2.3 Updating Account Information
Contact the support team to update your contact details or payment method. For security reasons, some changes may require additional verification before they take effect.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
33dg currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After successful verification, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless the support team approves otherwise.
3.3 Transaction Responsibility

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳32,000 qualifies for the maximum ৳15,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳47,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Bonuses are usable only on specific games — details will be stated in each promotion's description.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
- Each bonus offer applies only once per account.
- Some restrictions on regular withdrawals may apply while a bonus is active.
- 33dg reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time.
4.4 VIP Program
33dg has three VIP tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), and Gold (up to 1.2%). You can move up to a higher tier through regular play. Detailed information about VIP benefits is communicated directly to members.
5 Gameplay & Betting Rules
5.1 Game Fairness
All games operated on 33dg follow fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely impartial and not predetermined.
5.2 Betting Rules
Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled. If a technical error makes a game outcome uncertain, 33dg reserves the right to void the bets for that round and return the relevant amounts.
5.3 Sports Betting
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting odds are variable and may fluctuate according to market conditions. If an event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded, though terms may vary depending on the specific market.
5.4 System Disruptions
33dg will not be responsible for interruptions to gameplay caused by loss of internet connection or device issues. Data stored on the server will be considered final.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination as well as legal action:
- Operating an account using another person's identity.
- Opening multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play.
- Using the platform for money laundering or managing illegal funds.
- Harassing, threatening, or misleading other users or staff.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Committing chargeback fraud or abusing payment methods.
- Submitting false identities or documents.

9.3 Funds After Account Closure
If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any outstanding balance will be returned subject to verification. However, funds may be confiscated in cases of serious violations of these Terms.
10 Limitation of Liability

- Losses caused by loss of internet connection or device failure.
- Technical errors from third-party game providers.
- Account information being exposed due to the user's own negligence.
- Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control.
- Personal financial losses resulting from gambling.

11 Dispute Resolution
11.1 How to Submit a Complaint

11.2 Investigation Process
The support team will review and investigate a complaint after receiving it. During the investigation, 33dg's decision will remain temporarily in effect. Server logs, game history, and transaction records will be treated as final evidence in the investigation.
11.3 Final Decision

12 Miscellaneous Provisions

12.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms and the 33dg Privacy Policy together form the entire agreement between the user and the platform. Any prior oral or written discussions are superseded by this agreement.
12.3 Changes to Terms
33dg reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. An effort will be made to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
